BabyFoodTracker Start free

free checklist

The 100 foods before 1 checklist parents can actually use.

Check foods off by category, watch the count move, and keep major allergens visible instead of buried in memory.

The useful version

Clear enough to use while a baby is throwing food.

How this checklist is organized

The list balances common first foods with enough variety to keep meals interesting: grains and starches, vegetables, fruits, proteins, dairy and fats, plus flavor builders.

Major allergens are labeled directly beside the relevant foods. That makes the list useful as both a variety tracker and an exposure log starter.

Print it, use it on your phone, or both

The browser checklist saves checked foods on your device. The print version strips navigation and keeps the food grid clean, because fridge paper still wins in busy kitchens.

Do not make this a race

Some babies take off quickly. Some need more time with texture, gagging, teething, illness, or just strong opinions. Use the checklist as a record, not a scoreboard.

Interactive checklist

Check off foods as your baby tries them.

Progress is saved in this browser. Major allergens are tagged so they do not vanish inside ordinary food notes.

FAQ

Questions parents actually ask.

Is the checklist saved to an account?

This MVP checklist saves in your browser only. That is private and fast, but it will not sync across devices yet.

Can I add foods that are not on the list?

For the landing version, use the notes field or print margin. The product roadmap should add custom foods inside the full app.

Are these serving instructions?

No. The list names foods to track. Always prepare foods in safe textures for your baby and ask your pediatrician about medical concerns.
